About our Founder

Howard Foreman

Howard Foreman is a dynamic entrepreneur driven by his passion for cooking. He founded Caribbean Feast Restaurant, a beloved family-owned establishment that has been serving authentic Caribbean cuisine for over 23 years.

Caribbean Feast is renowned for its bold flavors and unique culinary style; it was featured on the Food Network.

Growing up watching his mother, a self-taught chef, prepared meals for the entire neighborhood, sparked his love for culinary arts, laying the foundation for his restaurant. Her dedication to creating dishes from scratch, with careful attention to seasoning and marinating, became Howard’s guiding principle in the kitchen.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Howard has refined his business skills through the prestigious **Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses** program. This selective initiative offers small business owners practical education and access to capital. As a result of this experience, Howard has improved his business strategy, expanded his network, and further increased his influence in the restaurant industry.

His journey exemplifies the values of hard work, resilience, and the importance of family — qualities that propel his success in both business and in life.
